This is truly a one of a kind hostel. I've never seen anything like it. If you're planning a trip to Hvar, expect to ditch all your plans and run with it when you get there. Villa Marija has suggestions through every hour of the day (and night) including an island visit to one of the most popular bars. And hey... if you prefer to sleep, then I can promise you the hostel will be silent.

You'll never want to leave so make sure you book extra time here. Hvar is a great place to chill and party and Villa Marija has that perfect vibe. The rooms are super clean and modern. There is a great communal balcony area to chill during the day or to socialise in the evenings. They even have a pool for having a dip when temperatures get high. I booked to stay a few days and ended up staying a week!

Highly recommend this hostel to any young travellers who want to meet other fellow travellers and be social. This hotel has great staff who will help you book tours and give you important information so that you can enjoy Hvar. Each night, the hostel organises drinks on their terrace and then has a staff member who brings the group to a busy bar. This is a great way to meet other people. Make sure you taste their delicious breakfast!
